Meet the Principal

Study Elementary School Principal Mrs. Elizabeth Kleber

Elizabeth Kleber

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be an educator. I used to organize my books like a library and would teach anyone willing to be a “student.” I went on to teach middle school science and math for fifteen years, during which I also served as a team leader. Leading teachers and collaborating with school leaders deepened my desire to serve in an administrative role. For the past twenty-two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as both an assistant principal and a principal.

As a principal, I’m grateful for the opportunity to support teachers, students and families as we build a strong learning community together.

Study is a small neighborhood school dedicated to inspiring students as readers, writers and thinkers. We work as a team, supporting one another to ensure every child continues to grow. Our goal is for each student to know they are valued and loved, while helping them gain the knowledge and skills they need to reach their goals.

I want people to know that my purpose is to serve the children, their families and our dedicated staff, all in support of student growth and development.

Outside of school, I enjoy hiking and kayaking, reading, exploring both cities and nature and spending time with my family.
